As professional supervised visitation monitors, we meet the training requirements of the California Rules of Court Standard 5.20 under the California Family Code 3200.5, to assure the safety and welfare of the child, adults, and providers during supervised visitation. Supervised visitation may be legally court ordered to diminish conflicts between caregivers and to assist in healthy parent-child relationships. Supervised visits take place in a neutral location while in the presence of a neutral third party.
