Initial intake Interviews
- $75 per parent
- One-time fee
- Each parent is required to attend a separate intake interview with the monitor before visitation may begin.
- The intake interview will include:
- The completion of intake forms, questionnaires, and service agreements by each party
- The collection of relevant case documents and court orders
- Overview of policies and procedures
Supervised visitation monitoring
- $60 per hour
- $10/hour per additional child
- Additional fees will apply (e.g. late fees, travel fees, holidays, etc.)
- Supervised visitation provides contact between a non-custodial parent and the child(ren) in a neutral location in the presence of a neutral third person.
- These visits may be legally court-ordered to protect the safety and best interests of the children.
Supervised Exchange/transfer
- $50 per exchange transfer ($50 for drop off and $50 for pick-up)
- Additional fees will apply for transporting child(ren) to exchange location.
- The supervised transfer of the child(ren) from one parent to the other.
- Supervision is limited to the exchange or transfer only with the remainder of the visit unsupervised.
- Supervised exchange/transfer ensures that the two exchanging parties do not come into contact with one another.
visitation reports
- Detailed Report – $100 (Price is per copy)
- Must request at least 7 days in advance.
- Detailed observation of each phase of the contact. The report will include a description of greetings, partings, activities, items brought to the visit, and any noted incidents or interventions required.
- The intent of our reports is to provide a neutral account of the events that occurred during the supervised visit.
- Summary Report – $75 (Price is per copy)
- Must request at least 7 days in advance.

Testimony
- Witness Fee – $500 per day
- The Visitation Monitor may be subpoenaed or requested by either party to appear in court to testify.
